Deposits, last minute cancellations & no shows

All clients are required to confirm their appointments via my booking system, Fresha. You will need to enter your card details & pay 50% of the estimated total of your appointment as a deposit. I personally will not have access to your details, it will all be stored via Fresha.


If you do not pay your deposit, your appointment may be cancelled without notice so that I can offer the appointment to another client on my waitlist.


You can cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours or more (2 or more days) in advance without any financial penalties. Your deposit can be transferred over to your new booking provided that 48 hours notice is given. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable.

If you are having issues, please email me at least 48 hours (or as soon as possible) before your appointment.

All reschedules & cancellations will be noted on your client record. Repeated reschedules & cancellations (especially last minute ones) will result in Basic Bleech re-evaluating your status as a client.

Deposits will be kept for any no shows & will result in Basic Bleech removing you as a client permanently.

Each circumstance will be evaluated individually.
